Description

LaToya is a new and upcoming Aboriginal artist, she is a proud descendant of the Wiradjuri people of NSW. LaToya was born in a small country town, Cowra, and grew up in Canberra, ACT.
Art is new to LaToya she has not had much exposure at all, this auctioned painting for Art For Epilepsy 2018 is her third painting.

LaToya was diagnosed with Epilepsy in 2013 and has struggled immensely to adjust to a whole new lifestyle. She finds painting to be a relaxing hobby, which keeps her mind active and helps with motivation.
